Scope
This policy covers the 961Finance website, authenticated service, support, notifications, and Arze. Customer financial records are processed to provide the service and are not used for advertising.
Data we process
We process account and workspace details, financial records supplied by customers, internal messages, support content, security events, usage metering, and limited device or network data needed to protect the service.
Service providers
We use contracted infrastructure and processing providers such as Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, Resend, Upstash, monitoring, and encrypted backup storage. Providers receive only the information needed for their function.
Arze
Arze receives permission-scoped context for the current request. Raw voice is not retained by default. Private 961Finance data is never sent to the public 961 Developments demonstration.
Retention and rights
Retention follows the subscription, legal obligations, security needs, and the published post-expiration export period. Verified requests for access, correction, export, or deletion can be submitted through authenticated support.
