Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for authorized users, accurate source data, approvals, exports, professional review, and compliance with applicable bookkeeping, tax, employment, and commercial obligations.
Subscriptions
Trials and paid allowances are enforced as published. Whish subscriptions activate only after administrator verification of the actual payment record. Add-ons are prepaid and expire with the applicable subscription term.
Availability and security
We maintain layered safeguards, monitoring, backups, and incident procedures. No internet service can promise absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable use
Users may not abuse trials, bypass quotas, probe other tenants, upload malicious content, use Arze to facilitate harm, or attempt unauthorized access.
Legal review notice
Before paid launch, counsel must add the legal entity, governing law, liability limits, warranty terms, dispute process, tax treatment, and consumer/business notices required in each market.
